The existing paving and curbs at the parking <br /> areas shall remain as is to form the standard <br /> length for parking spaces and that the islands <br /> shall remain to the edge of the driveways. <br /> <br /> 2. That the building design shall be as shown in <br /> Exhibit A and shall detail materials, colors and <br /> construction methods. <br /> <br /> 3. That the grass area on the north side of the <br /> building shall be mounded a minimum of 6" to 1' <br /> high. <br /> <br /> 4. That the development shall be subject to all <br /> applicable conditions of approval for Case PUD-81- <br /> 30-43D. <br /> <br /> 4.
