CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-227 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING CASE PUD-81-30-45D, THE <br /> APPLICATION OF SAMMIS CO./WELT~ FARGO BANK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Sammis Co./Wells Fargo Bank have applied for design <br /> review approval to construct a 4,000 sq. ft. branch bank <br /> facility to be located on an approximately 1.02 acre <br /> site within the Sammis Company's "The Crossroads" at <br /> Hacienda Business Park located at the southeast corner <br /> of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the <br /> development plan of the subject site including the <br /> typical architectural and site designs for individual <br /> lots, and there are no changed circumstances or new <br /> information requiring additional environmental review; <br /> therefore, this application does not constitute a new <br /> project under CEQA and no new environmental documents <br /> accompany this application; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on May 16, 1989 and testimony <br /> taken concerning the proposed project including its <br /> design, cumulative impact, consistency with the zoning <br /> and the General Plan; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has found that the project is <br /> consistent with PUD-81-30 as well as the City's General <br /> Plan. <br /> <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE 'CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES HEREBY RESOLVE AS <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Sammis Co./Wells Fargo <br /> Bank for design review approval to construct a 4,000 sq. <br /> ft. branch bank facility located at the southeast corner <br /> of Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive on an approximately <br /> 1.02 acre site within the Sammis Company's "The <br /> Crossroads" in Hacienda Business Park subject to the <br /> following conditions: <br /> <br /> 1. That the final site plan for the building site <br /> shall be as shown on the site plan in Exhibit A and <br /> shall be submitted for final review and approval of <br /> the Planning Director. The following shall be <br /> included on the final site plan; <br /> <br /> a. Parking at the north entrance of the building <br /> shall be reconfigured for standard parking <br /> <br /> <br />
