<br />10. REFERRALS FROM ALAMEDA COUNTY. <br />a. Application of Mr. Jeff Bumb for a conditional use permit for a temporary use <br />of a dumping facility operation not to exceed 60 days in an A (Agricultural) <br />District located on the south side of Stanley Boulevard 200 ft. east of the <br />Pleasanton City Limits, pending anneaation to the City. <br />The Planning Director advised the Commissioners that this gentleman had applied <br />for a conditional use permit and annexation to the City and this item would <br />come before the Commission on June 11, 1969. <br />Under those circumstances, the Co®issionera did not discuss this item. <br />13. MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF COISiISSION. <br />a. Valley Trails Sidewalks - Tract #3004 <br />Thin matter was again brought up and pending the acquisition of more members <br />for the Planning Commission, it was decided to postpone this item until some <br />additional Commissioners were appointed. <br />14. MATTERS INITIATED BY COMMISSION MBMBERS. <br />a. This concerned UP-67-12, conditional use for Union Oil station at Santa Rita <br />Road. Several of the Commissioners noticed violations of the conditions of <br />approval and requested that the Planning staff recall this conditional use permit. <br />Arrangements would be made to take care of the matter and this item would go <br />before the Planning Commission again on June 11, 1969. <br />There being no further business, upon motion of Commissioner Carrigan, seconded by <br />Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:10 PM. <br />- 8 - <br />
