-~ <br />RESOLUTION N0. 928 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Corley 6c Schwab to rezone <br />from the B-1-6500 (Single Family) District <br />to the 0 (Office) District that property <br />commonly known as 1056 Mviaion Street, has <br />come before this Co®ission, <br />NOW, TNBBEFOBE BE IT RESOLVED, that at the applicant's request, <br />the Planning Co®ission hereby continues this <br />application to August 27, 1969. <br />e. Request of D. and V. Builders, Inc., for a change in elevation of model homes <br />for the "Garden Court" development and landscaping for the triangular lots <br />frontine on Nonvard. <br />Vice Chairmen Pona opened the Public Nearing. <br />The Planning Director demonstrated the modifications as requested. The change <br />in elevations would merely be a better merchandising element to place more <br />emphasis on the smaller home. The Commissioners felt this was no problem. <br />The landscaping for the lots did not seem to present any problems as well. <br />There being no queatioas from the audience, upon nation of Co®isaioner Gibbs, <br />seconded by Vice Chairman Poas and carried, the Public Nearing was closed. <br />As additional information, the timing on this would be the completion of the <br />first models by October. The smallest model will be approximately $20,000, <br />while the largest would run around $23,000 to $24,000. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Vice Chairman Pons, and carried, <br />the following rnaolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 929 <br />WHEBEAS, the request of D. and V. Builders, Inc., for <br />a change in elevations of model homes for the <br />"Garden Court" development and approval of the <br />landscaping for the triangular areas and for the <br />strip of property fronting on Nopyard Road, <br />has come before this Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission hereby <br />approves Revised Elevations C, E, N, G, J and D <br />in place of G, N, F, B, J and D, and that the <br />landscaping as proposed also be subject to the <br />approval of the Public Works Department. <br />8. COMMUNICATIONS. <br />a. Request of D. and V. Builders, Inc., fora time extension on Tentative Tract <br />Map #3004. Valley Trails. <br />This was a request for a time extension by the engineers for this tract, <br />Bissell & Kern. <br />This is a standard request, and for this particular development, there appears <br />to be no problem. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Gibbs, and carried, <br />the following reaa!2lttion was adopted unanimously. <br />- 7 - <br />
