. r- --. <br />MINUTES <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />Pleasanton Justice Court <br />30 Weat Angela Street <br />July 23, 1969 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at 8:00 PM <br />by Vice Chairman Pons. <br />1. ROLL CALL. <br />PRESENT Commissioner Antonini <br />Commissioner Gibbs <br />Vice Chairman Pons <br />Secretary Castro <br />ABSENT Chairman Garrigan <br />Commissioner Pereira <br />2. APPROVAL OP' MINUTES. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Vice Chairman Pons, and carried, <br />the minutes of the meetings of June 11 and June 25, 1969, were approved as submitted <br />5. OLD BUSINESS. <br />a. UP-69-14, Jeff Bwnb <br />Application fora conditional use permit to allow the operation of a refuse <br />disposal yard at that property described as Parcel 9, Assessor's Map Book 946, <br />Block 1250, or more commonly known as the south side of Stanley Boulevard going <br />east to Livermore, across from Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, containing <br />39.135 acres, more or leas (Public Hearing continued from June 25, 1969). <br />Vice Chairman Pons opened the Public Hearing. There was nothing that could be <br />resolved since no information had been received from the Regional Water Quality <br />Control Board. Therefore, upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by <br />Vice Chairman Pons, and carried, the Public Hearing was continued. <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Vice Chairman Pons, and carried, <br />the following resolution was adopted unanimously. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 925 <br />WHEREAS, the application of Jeff Bumb for a conditional <br />use permit to allow the operation of a refuse <br />disposal yard at that property described as <br />Parcel 9, Assessor's Map Book 946, Block 1250, <br />or more commonly known as the south aide of <br />Stanley Boulevard going east to Livermore across <br />from Kaiser Sand and Gravel Company, containing <br />39.135 acres, more or less, has come before this <br />Commission, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that pending the necessary material <br />from the Regional Water Quality Control Board <br />which is pertinent to the processing of this <br />application, the Planning Commission of the City <br />of Pleasanton hereby continues this application to <br />the meeting of August 13, 1969. <br />- 1 - <br />
