MATTERS FOR INFORMATION OF COMMISSION. <br />a. Fairlands Shoooinfz Center Studv <br />At request of Mr. George Oakes, this item was continued to the meeting of <br />September 24, 1969. <br />b. Review of PUD Amendments <br />Upon motion of Commissioner Pons, seconded by Chairman Carrigan, and carried, it <br />was moved to instruct the Planning Director to propose an ordinance amendment to <br />eliminate the necessity of the Subdivision Committee in the case of PUD amendments <br />and to set up a PUD amendment procedure in accordance with the procedures offered <br />in the Planning Director's report dated May 15, 1969. <br />14. MATTERS INITIA TED BY COMMISSION MEMBERS. <br />a. Commissioner Pons informed the Commission of a meeting he attended of the EBRPD <br />and stated that another one was scheduled for October. In the meantime, he <br />felt a joint meeting should be arranged with the Parks and Recreation Commission. <br />This suggestion was taken under advisement. <br />There being no further business, upon motion of Commissioner Pereira, seconded by <br />Commissioner Pons, and carried, the meeting was adjourned at 10:05 PM. <br />- 10 - <br />
