He stated that perhaps still <br />more explanation was needed. The Chairman <br />then reviewed the matter, again. <br />A Mr. Petefry, 5777 San Juan Way - Requested <br />continuance for further study and considera- <br />tion. <br />After considerable discussion, it was <br />moved to continue this item to November 5, <br />to allow the developer sufficient time to <br />meet with the residents of the vicinity in <br />question to clarify the situation. <br />P.U.D. AMENDMENT Mackay Homes - application to rezone from th <br />PUD-69-7,continued R-1-6500 (Single Family) District to the <br />to November 5. P.U.D. (Planned Unit Development) District <br />that area known as the southerly side of <br />Hopyard Road, east of Tract 3048, containing <br />16 acres, more or Less. <br />The applicant's engineer, Mr. Ted Fairfield <br />of MacKay & Somps, requested a continuance <br />to November 5, 1969, which was duly <br />accepted by the Commission. <br />ZONE AMENDMENT H. C.
