No. 974, <br />Approved <br />TENTATIVE <br />SUBDIVISION MAP <br />Continued to <br />January 14, 1970. <br />Sunol Boulevard Study - Continued to <br />January 14, 1970. <br />A communication was received from MacKay & <br />Somps for Coatanzo-Wilson for time extenaic <br />of Tentative Tract Map #2573, Mission Park. <br />There being no problems, a resolution <br />recommending approval for the one-year <br />time extension to expire on December 10, <br />1970, was entered and passed. <br />Tentative Tract Map #3133 - First Plea <br />Investors. <br />Thin was a scatter of clarification of the <br />width of the frontage road. <br />Tentative Tract Map #3165 - Mackay Aomes, <br />Inc. <br />There were no problems, and a resolution <br />recommending approval subject to certain <br />conditions was entered and passed. <br />Tentative Tract Map #2980, Vintage Hills. <br />The conditions of approval for Tentative <br />Tract Map 2980 sad 2802, were applicable <br />to the approval of this tentative map, as <br />this was a refile over the portions of <br />Vintage Hills tentative maps that had not <br />yet had final maps filed over the develop- <br />ment. <br />The conditions, however, were omitted <br />from the reports forwarded to the Commisaio <br />Under the circumstances, the Commission <br />moved to continue approval of this map <br />until January 14, 1970, to allow time for <br />said conditions of approval for Tracts 2980 <br />and 2802, to be forwarded to the Commission <br />- 9 - <br />
