ti~~a""r°~ CITY of PLEASANTON <br />~' <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />Date : December 10, 1969 <br />Time : a:os PM <br />PIOCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />REZONING REQUEST Mackay Homes, Inc. - application to rezone f <br />RZ-69-13, Continued the A District to the C-N District, that <br />to January 14, 1970. property described as a Neighborhood Commer- <br />cial Center within the Mackay Homes develop- <br />ment, said application continued from the <br />meeting of August 13, 1969. <br />The Planning Director submitted a memorai <br />requesting a continuance of this item to <br />the meeting of January 14, 1970. <br />At this point, Chairman Carrigan wished to <br />go on record as referring to Resolution <br />No. 889 passed on April 9, 1969, wherein <br />the Commission stated that all pertinent <br />materials, documents, maps and drawings be <br />submitted to the members of the Commission <br />on the Friday noon prior to the Wednesday <br />meeting so that as intelligent decision can <br />be determined at the regular scheduled <br />public hearing. The other Commisaioaera <br />concurred with the remarks presented by <br />the Chairman. <br />The contents of Resolution No. 889 as <br />passed on April 9, 1969, was emphasized <br />and it was the intention of the Commission <br />to uphold the resolution. <br />Because the staff could not present a com- <br />prehensive report on this item due to heavy <br />workload, it was moved by the Commission to <br />continue this item to January 14, 1970. <br />P.U.D.
