No. 520 to create an R-1-3000, <br />Res. No. 969, R-1-4000, R-1-s000 Single-Family District, <br />Approved. said residential district to be applicable <br />only on approval of a development under the <br />Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) District. <br />The Public Rearing was opened by Chairman <br />Carrigan. <br />The Planning Director explained to the <br />Commission the necessity for the establish- <br />ment of the lower districts as a means of <br />better establishing the district involved <br />under the Planned Unit District.
