~v$bBANTOy <br />.-. <br />~, <br />CITY of PLEASANTON <br />Planning Commission <br />MINUTES ~OF REGULAR MEETING. <br />D018 : December 10, 1969 <br />Time : s:os PM <br />PIOCe: Pleasanton Justice Court <br />ROLL CALL Commissioners Present: Antonini, Gibbs, <br />Pereira, Pons and Chairman Garrigan <br />Commissioners Absent: None <br />APRROVAL OF MINUTES No minutes of the previous meeting were <br />submitted. <br />ZONING ORDINANCE Sec. 2.100, Zoning Ordinance No. 520 - <br />AMENDMENT application of the Planning Commission to <br />Sec. 2.100. amend Ord. No. 520 to create an R-1-3000, <br />Res. No. 969, R-1-4000, R-1-s000 Single-Family District, <br />Approved. said residential district to be applicable <br />only on approval of a development under the <br />Planned Unit Development (P.U.D.) District. <br />The Public Rearing was opened by Chairman <br />Carrigan. <br />The Planning Director explained to the <br />Commission the necessity for the establish- <br />ment of the lower districts as a means of <br />better establishing the district involved <br />under the Planned Unit District. This was <br />especially beneficial at the time of the <br />final map approval. <br />Mr. Robert Pearson, 3s90 Churchill Court, <br />opposed this amendment. <br />There being no further discussion, the <br />Public Nearing was closed. <br />A resolution reco®ending approval was <br />entered and passed. <br />Resolution: <br />Seconded: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />- 1 - <br />
