All of Tract 1815 shall be within the City Limits of Pleasanton. 2. ?finnie Street shall be constructed as a 60-foot street extending from First Street to the southeasterly tract line of Tract 1815 as shown ou Exhibit A Tentative i~fap Tract 1815. The subdivider shall improve Dtinnie Street as follows; a. Acquire all lands necessary for a 60-foot street, ariuex and dedicate to the City of Pleasanton -- the City of Pleasanton will acYUire lands within the Pleasanton Elementary School for 'dinnie Street aligcunent. b.
