FAGS TWO <br />and service connections stubbed out beyond curb line. Servico from <br />public utilities snd from sanitary sewers shall be cede available <br />for each lot in such manner as xill obviate the necessity for dis- <br />turbing the street pavement, curb and gutter and sidewalks when <br />service connections are made. <br />8. Laminated guard rails are to br constructed at the stub each of <br />all streets. <br />9. Slope easements designed in accordance with standard engineering <br />practice and approved by the City Engineer t'or the improvements plena of <br />the final map are to be provided at the stub ends of all streets and <br />next to streets adjacent to parcels not a part of this tract. <br />10. Drainage shall be as shown on the map labeled Exhibit A. Location, <br />extent and design of storm drainage facilities in conformity therwith <br />to be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />11. Approval of this Tentative. Map as to street improvements and street <br />drainage, by-the Planning Commission, extends to general plane only. <br />Detail plans and specifications as to street improvements, grades <br />and street drainage, including sines and types of drainage atrua- <br />fures, shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. <br />12. The Planning Commission shall at this tine consider school require- <br />ments for the area, sines the. location of school site may affect street <br />alignsent and traffic pattern. <br />13. Eliminate all double valley gutters on subdiviaioa streets if possible. <br />A motion was made by Cosimiaaioaer Abrott, seconded by Coaaissioner hanifen <br />and approved by all, that ao double valley gutters be allowed in any <br />subdivision. <br />Following a discussion with Kr. Hddi.e'of the Pleasanton School District, <br />it was moved by Co:c~isaioner Abrott, seconded by Eomsieaioner Hanifea zed <br />approved by all to grant the request for an extension of 3Q dais time fer <br />the approval of Tentative I'fap ,1832 so that eonsiieration for a school site <br />sight be made by the school authorities. <br />The Industrial Survey Su®ary Report was discussed. GYairmaa l~atsen will <br />phony Mr. Ben Moeller, Manager of the Oak2ind Chamber of Cosserce, and <br />explain the difficulty in compiling the infornatioa requested at Chia time. <br />Notices of public hearings will btl lade on the variances of Shtrran Newton <br />and ,hack Fiorio. ?hey will be scheduled for October 18, 1956. <br />There being no further business to core before the Commission, the meeting <br />was adjourned at 9:30 p.m, to meet again in adjourned session on October 11, <br />1956 at 8:00 p.m. at the City Hall. <br />Secretary <br />
