CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 89-216 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING MITIGATION MEASURES <br /> AGREEMENT WITHNOLANANDVELMA DAVIS AND <br /> AUTHORIZING MAYOR TO EXECUTE AGREEMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the property owners of the property located at the <br /> southeast corner of Santa Rita Road and Pimlico <br /> Drive have received approval for development of <br /> this property (PUD-80-15-5D); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, among the conditions of approval for the PUD are <br /> that the property owners enter into an Agreement <br /> with the City concerning mitigation measures for <br /> traffic, water facilities and fire service; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The Mayor of the City of Pleasanton is hereby <br /> authorized to sign an Agreement with Nolan Davis <br /> and Velma Davis, as set forth on the attached, <br /> concerning mitigation measures for PUD-80-15-5D. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective <br /> immediately upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 16, 1989 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, and Tarver <br />NOES: Mayor Mercer <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~ <br />TTEST: KE~MERCER, MAYOR <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />Michael H.
