NOW, THEREFORE, City and Owner hereby agree as follows: <br />1. _Provision of, Sewer Service. City agrees to allow <br />Owner to connect to City's sewer system upon execution of <br />this agreement. Connection shall be in accordance with the <br />following: <br /> <br /> a. Owner or its agent agrees to pay the then <br /> <br /> existing sewer connection fee for connection <br /> to the sewer system in accordance with <br /> applicable City ordinances. Owner or its <br /> agent agree to pay all costs associated with <br /> sewer system connection to serve Owner's land, <br /> said system to be designed in accordance with <br /> City standards and subject to City approval. <br /> <br /> b. Owner agrees to pay a monthly sewer service <br /> charge as is now or may hereafter be specified <br /> by ordinance. <br /> <br /> c. Owner agrees to pay any reimbursement costs as <br /> <br /> stated in the Reimbursement Agreement, by and <br /> between City of Pleasanton ("City") and Frank <br /> Auf der Maur and Konrad Rickenbach <br /> ("Developer"), executed on September 30, <br /> 1981. <br /> <br /> 2. City Obliqations. City agrees not to assess Owner <br /> <br />any special assessment, reimbursement, or unique mutual <br />benefit district nor any unique costs for the sewer line <br />being constructed across his property, except as stated in <br />paragraph 1. <br /> <br /> -2- <br /> <br /> <br />
