RESOLUTION N0. 82 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Lois I. Collins, 625 Main <br />Street, Pleasanton, California, filed November 16, 1959, for residential and cafe use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance <br />No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW TI~'ORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this <br />matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission Pinds the conditions of Sections 2.21 and 2.22 of <br />Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to residential and commercial uses have been met.. <br />3) That a COITDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of six (6) <br />months, effective this date, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Parking for four (4) units be made available now and in three (3) years, <br />additional off-street parking be provided for cafe customers, one space <br />for every two and a half (22) seats, and at that time, the parking space <br />be asphalted. <br />b) Sign that is put up out front should not project over sidewalk. <br />c) Building should be brought up to building and health codes. <br />d) That separate entrances for apartments and dining customers be provided. <br />e) Lawn should be put in now between sidewalk and curb and within three (3) <br />years, it should be concreted in. <br />f) Building should meet State and City Ordinances relating to fire. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this Resolution <br />to the applicant, city officers and any other interested parties. <br />Commissioner Lozano brought up the subject of people not following through with <br />the conditions made to them on their Conditional Zoning Permits. No action was taken <br />at this time. <br />There being no itirther business to come before the Commission, on motion of Commis- <br />sioner Tendon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 9:15 P.M., to meet again on 'December 17, 1959 at 8:00 P.M. <br />at the City Hall. <br />Secretary <br /> <br />
