Dr. Haskell also brought up the subject of truck traffic in Pront of the school. Seeing that it was a County road, the Planning Commission could do nothing about it. Mr. Christen brought up the subject of recommending to the Council the adoptlon of a resolution for fees in regard to subdivisions. Inspection fees, tentative and final map fees to be included in this resolution. On motion of Commissioner Tendon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, Mr. Christen was instructed to send a memo to the City Council in regard to subdivision map and inspection fees as follows: a. Tentative Map - Filing fee of $25.00 b. Final Map - Checking Pee of $25.00 plus $1.00 per lot c. Easpection Costs - 2~ of the total estimated cost of improvements up to and including $10,000 1~ of the total estimated additional cost of improve- ments from $10,001 to and including $50,000 l,$ of the total estimated addltional cost of improve- ments on any amount in excess of $50,000 There being no itirther business to come before the Commission, on motion of Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners present, the meeting was adjourned at 10:25 P.M., to meet again on January 21, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall.
