Dr. Haskell also stated that at a <br />fLrture date, they would like to incorporate the recreational part of the high school as <br />a community recreation area. <br />Dr. Haskell also brought up the subject of truck traffic in Pront of the school. Seeing <br />that it was a County road, the Planning Commission could do nothing about it. <br />Mr. Christen brought up the subject of recommending to the Council the adoptlon of a <br />resolution for fees in regard to subdivisions. Inspection fees, tentative and final map <br />fees to be included in this resolution. On motion of Commissioner Tendon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, Mr. Christen was instructed <br />to send a memo to the City Council in regard to subdivision map and inspection fees as <br />follows: <br />a. Tentative Map - Filing fee of $25.00 <br />b. Final Map - Checking Pee of $25.00 plus $1.00 per lot <br />c. Easpection Costs - 2~ of the total estimated cost of improvements up to <br />and including $10,000 <br />1~ of the total estimated additional cost of improve- <br />ments from $10,001 to and including $50,000 <br />l,$ of the total estimated addltional cost of improve- <br />ments on any amount in excess of $50,000 <br />There being no itirther business to come before the Commission, on motion of Commissioner <br />Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners present, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 10:25 P.M., to meet again on January 21, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. at <br />the City Hall. <br />Secretary <br />
