RESOLUTION N0. 86 Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of William E. Clark, 608 Main Street, Pleasanton, California, filed January 18, 1960, for commercial use. The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: 1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this matter. 2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. 3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of six (6) months, effective this date. ~+) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to Forward copies of this Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested parties. CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Lee J. Amaral 553 Bonita Avenue A letter from Mrs. Lee J. Amaral was read to the Commissioners in regard to a com- munity park. In this letter, Mrs. Amaral proposed a site for this park at the cor- ner bounded by Spring & Regalia adjacent to Kottinger Village. The Commissioners thought that a study should be made of this situation and suggested that a letter to sent to the City Council recommending a ,joint study session on parks. They in- structed Mr. Christen to send such a letter. Mr. Christen informed the Commission of the proposed zoning for the Industrial Park District and in this zoning, everything will have to come before the Commission. Nothing further was done on this matter. There being no further business to come before the Commission, on motion of Commis- sioner Hanifen, seconded by Commissioner Landon, and approved by all Commissioners present, the meeting was adjourned at 9:10 P.M., to meet again on February 4, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. at the City Rall.
