RESOLUTION N0. 88 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Alameda County Trailer Court, <br />Alameda County Fairgrounds, Pleasanton, California, filed February 4, 1960, for <br />commercial use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 of <br />Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Permanent trailers must meet standards as laid down in regulations <br />b) There are to be 18 trailers per acre <br />c) Temporary trailers must meet State Code and are to be used during <br />the period three weeks preceeding and two weeks following the Fair <br />d) Future expansion of permanent trailer area meet regulations <br />e) Access road be paved to Bernal <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties <br />Mr. Lambert then came before the Commission for a Conditional Zoning Permit to construct <br />a warehouse of prefabricated steel at 443 St. John Street. Plans which were submitted <br />to the Commission showed this building to be located 3' from the west boundary line, and <br />according to Ordinance No. 241, the building should be located 5' from boundary line. On <br />motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all pre- <br />sent, RESOLUTION N0. 89, approving the CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT under the following <br />conditions, was passed: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 89 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Frank A. lambert, 443 St. John <br />Street, Pleasanton, California, filed February 4, 1960, for commercial use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 of <br />Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the 'following condition: <br />a) Side yard setback should be 5' <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />Discussion on Hillside Standards and Proposed Park Needs and Location were deferred to <br />the study session following adjournment of the meeting. <br />CORRESPONDENCE: Mrs. Donald G. Miller, President <br />Livermore League of Women Voters <br />A letter from Mrs. Miller was read to the Commission in regard to the Livermore League <br />of Women Voters' luncheon meeting on February 17, 1960. Guest speakers for this meeting <br />are Drs. James L. and Marilyn-June Blawie, who will talk on the topic "Our California <br />Constitution".
