IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA Minutes February 4, 1960 The regularly scheduled meeting of the Pleasanton Planning Commission was called to order at the City Hall on February 4, 1960 at 8:05 P.M. Acting Chairman Lozano presiding. ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Allison, Landon and Lozano Absent -Commissioners Mitchell and Hanifen On motion oP Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all present, the minutes of January 21, 1960 were approved as forwarded by the Secretary. Mr. George Mills came before the Commission with an amended application for a Conditional Zoning Permit to operate a cabinet shop at 4407 Railroad Avenue. This area is zoned for such business and the Commissioners present saw no reason for not granting this permit, and on motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners present, RESOLUTION N0. 87, approving the CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT under the following conditions, was passed: RESOLUTION N0. 87 Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on amended application of George Mills, 4407 Railroad Avenue, Pleasanton, California, filed January 26, 1960, for commercial use. The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: 1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this matter. 2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. 3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following con- dition: a) Should meet building code 4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested parties. Mr. Trimingham and Mr. William Ralph, Chairman of the Board of Directors Alameda County Fairgrounds, came before the Commission in regard to the Alameda County Fairgrounds Trailer Park. Mr. Trimingham presented maps to the Commission showing the proposed trailer park with individual sewer and water connections. This proposed park meets all State Housing regulations. Adjacent to this area, the plans show 12 acres for the park- ing of temporary trailers which is to be used during the Fair. The Commissioners present saw no reason in not granting this permit, and on motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners present, RESOLUTION N0. 88, approving the CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT under the following conditions, was passed:
