RESOLUTION N0. 91 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Billie D. McGill, 122 Main <br />Street, Pleasanton, California, filed February 18, 1960, for commercial use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1} That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 of <br />Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />William H. Gale, Jr. came before the Commission to explain why he wanted a variance of set- <br />back requirements on Neal and Third Streets and for the property that he owns located at <br />the southeast corner of the intersection of said streets. Mr. Gale's application is to come <br />before the Commission at their next regularly scheduled meeting on March 3, 1960. <br />CORRESPONDENCE: Mr. R. A. Hayler <br />Division of Highways - District IV <br />The California Highway Commission is holding a Public Hearing in connection with its consi- <br />deration of a freeway routing for the relocation of approximately 11 miles oP State Sign <br />Route 21 in Alameda and Contra Costa Counties, between Scotts Corner and about 2 miles north <br />of Dublin, on Wednesday, March 23, 1960. The hearing is to be held at the Alameda County <br />Fairgrounds Cafeteria starting at 10:00 A.M. An invitation was extended to the Planning <br />Commission for a representative to attend this hearing. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, on motion of Commissioner <br />Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Tendon, and approved by all Commissioners present, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 8:40 P.M., to meet again on March 3, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. at the <br />City Hall. <br />Chairman <br /> <br />
