The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NO'v1 THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deerred necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance Tdo. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZOIdING PERDII'I' is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following con- <br />ditions <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />E. l+I. Tarr then came before the Commission with his application for a swim- <br />ming pool at IF50 Pine Mill Lane. Commissioner Allison made a motion, sec- <br />onded by Commissioner Landon, and approved by all Commissioners present, <br />that RESOLUTION 100 be granted. <br />RESOLUTION 100 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of E.M. Tarr, 450 <br />Pine Hill Lane, Pleasanton, California, filed March 31, 1y60, for residen- <br />tial use. <br />`She above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to <br />Orcinance IQo. 293 of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />YJOW TI~2EFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) 'S'hat the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 <br />of Ordinance No. 293 Pertaining to residential uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERb4IT is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months effective this date, subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />a) The pool be constructed 10" from the property line, and <br />b) The pool be enclosed by a minimum 4' fence. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, on motion of <br />Commissioner Mitchell, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all <br />Commissioners present, the meeting caas adjourned at 8:50 P.M., to meet again <br />on April 21, 1960 at 8:00 P.A4, at the City Hall. <br />a. ~ <br />Secretary <br />
