The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NO'v1 THEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deerred necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance Tdo. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZOIdING PERDII'I' is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following con- <br />ditions <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />E. l+I. Commissioner Allison made a motion, sec- <br />onded by Commissioner Landon, and approved by all Commissioners present, <br />that RESOLUTION 100 be granted. <br />RESOLUTION 100 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of E.M.
