IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORPIIA <br />Minutes <br />April 7, 1960 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Pleasanton Planning Commision was <br />called to order at the City Hall on April 7, 1960 at 8:10 P.M. Vice- <br />Chairman Ralph Mitchell presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commisioners Allison, Landon, Leezano and Mitchell <br />Absent -Commissioner Hanifen <br />On motion of Commissioner Lyndon, seconded by Commissioner Inzano, and <br />approved by all Commissioners present, the minutes of March 17, 1960 were <br />approved as fors-carded. <br />Billie McGill then came before the Commission with his application for a <br />Car Wash at 122 Main Street. Commissioner Landon made a motion, seconded <br />by Commissioner Lazano, and approved by all Commissioners present, that <br />RESOLUTION N0. 98 be granted, subject to review by the City Engineer as <br />the problem arises. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 98 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Billie McGill, 122 <br />Main Street, Pleasanton, California, filed March 24, 1960, for commercial <br />use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant <br />to Ordinance No. 293, oP the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREFORE, the Planning Couunission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest <br />in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions oP Section 2.22 <br />of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of <br />six (6) months, effective this date, subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />a) Subject to review by the City Engineer as the problem arises. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this <br />Resolution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested <br />parties. <br />Helen Patheal then came before the Commission with her application for a <br />Beauty Salon at 551 Main Street. Commissioner Landon made a motion, sec- <br />onded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners present, <br />that RESOLUTION N0. 9g be granted. <br />RESOLU'ION N0. 99 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Helen Patheal, 551 <br />Meain Street, Pleasanton, California, filed March 25, 1960, for commercial <br />use. <br />
