NOW TfIEREPORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in <br />this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the m nditions of Section <br />2.21 of Ordinance No. 293 pertaining to residential uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of six <br />( 6 ) months, effective this date, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) PIo more than three units be allowed on this lot. <br />b) That two parking spaces be provided and no parking at the entrance <br />of the carport be allowed. <br />c) Minimum 10' access to rear dwelling. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this Reso- <br />lution to the applicant, city officers and any other interested parties. <br />ROLL CALL: Ayes - Commissioners Landon,, Lozano, Mitchell and Ilanifen <br />IQoes - Commissioner Allison <br />Discussion followed on the 67aste Discharge Proposal of the Volk-McLain Company. <br />The Commissioners concurred with items one, two and three of the City Council's <br />Resolution No. 3005. On motion of Commissioner Mitchell, seconded by ComTnissioner <br />London, and approved by all Commissioners present, the Planning Commission adopted <br />RESOLUTION IIO. 103, supporting the City Council's Resolution No. 3005, and adding <br />the following: a. `.Chat dikes surround the ponds. b. That the ponds be run by a <br />proven, operating public agency. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commnission, on motion of <br />Conunissioner i>litchell, seconded by Commission Landon, and approved by al]_ Commissioners <br />present, the meeting was adjourned at x:50 P.bi., to meet again on blay 5, 1960 at &:00 <br />P.M. at the City ?Iall. <br />~-!~~~ <br />Secretary <br />
