IPi THE PLANPJING COMf4ISSI0II OI' THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OP ALAI~DA, STATE OF CALIFO1tI1IA <br />Minutes <br />April 21, 1860 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Pleasanton Planning Commission was called <br />to order at the City Hall on April 21, 1960 at 8:00 P.NI. Chairman Chris Hanifen <br />presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Allison, Landon, Lozano, Mitchell and IIanifen <br />Absent - None <br />On motion of Commissioner Mitchell, seconded by Cormnissioner Lozano, and approved <br />by all Commissioners present, the minutes of April 7, 1960 were approved as for- <br />;rarded. <br />Stover and Bullard's request for a 5` variance on Mirador Drive was presented to <br />the Planning Commission. Commissioner Mitchell made a motion, seconded by Commis- <br />sioner Landon, and approved by all Commissioners present, that RESOLUTION 101 be <br />granted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 101 <br />Reconmiending tb the City Council the Granting of Variance on application of Stover <br />and Bullard, P. 0. Box 253, Pleasanton, California, filed March 31, 1960, for relief <br />from setback requirements required by un-repealed portions of Ordinance No. 228, as <br />amended. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to <br />Ordinance PIo. 228, as amended, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />idOW TFIEREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this <br />matter. <br />•2) That the Planning Commission finds the oonditions requiring such a variance <br />have been met. <br />3) That a variance is hereby recommended as follows: <br />The building setback measure 5' from the required <br />20' setback on Mirador Drive, Lot 14, Block S, Tract 2007 <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this resolution <br />to the applicant, City Council, city officers and any other interested parties. <br />Wanda Aldrich then came before the Commission with her application for an addition to <br />an existing dwelling at 395 Rose Avenue. Commissioner Lyndon made a motion, seconded <br />by Commissioner Lozano, RESOLUTIOI'd IdO. 102 , granting the Conditional Zoning Permit <br />under the following conditions, was passed: <br />RESOLUTION IdO. 102 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Wanda Aldrich, 395 Rose Avenue, <br />Pleasanton, California, filed April 6, 1960, for residential use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to <br />Ordinance No. 2g3 of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />
