Mr. Mervin D'Iurray then came before the Corrmrission with his application to construct a <br />single dwelling between 2nd and 3rd Streets on Angela Street. Commissioner Landon <br />glade a motion, seconded by Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners <br />present, that RESOLUTION l00' be granted. <br />RESOLUTION 106 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Mervin Murray, P. 0. Box 264, <br />Pleasanton, California, filed hlay 2, 1960, for residential use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance <br />No. 293, of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />TdO~d TI3EREFORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public intc~.•est in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.:.21 of Ordinance No. <br /> 293 pertaining to residential uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIOi1AL ZOTdITQG PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of six (6) months, <br /> effe ctive this date, subject to the following conditions: <br /> a) 'The dwelling be built to conform to City standards. <br /> b) 5' side yard set back. <br /> c) 15' front yard set back. <br /> d) 15' b,~ck yard set back. <br /> e) Constructed according to plans submitted. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this Resolution to <br /> the applicant, city officers and any other interested parties. <br />The Secretary then read a letter from George and Irma Andrews, concerning the dedication <br />of their property on Pine Hill Lane. Discussion was held. Commissioner London made a <br />motion, seconded by Commissioner Mitchell, and approved-by all Commissioners present, that <br />the City Engineer lay out specifications and cost estimate for a minimum no parking street <br />on Pine Hill Lane, taking into consideration standard specification easements and facilities <br />for a turn around for Fire Engines. Also considering an alternate route for Bevilacqua con- <br />sidering the tentative map which is now on file. <br />Discussion was then held regarding the trees being cut down on Stanley ~31vd.. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, on motion of Commissioner <br />Mitchell, seconded by Commissioner Landon, and approved by all Commissioners present, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 9:05 P. RP., to meet again on Play 19, 1960 at £3:00 P.M, at the <br />City Ha11. <br />- ( ~ ~~_~ <br />Secretary <br />
