Commissioner Allison made a motion, seconded <br />by Commissioner Mitchell, and approved by all Commissioners present, that RESOLUTION 104 be <br />granted. <br />RESOLUTIOi1 104 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Theodore J. Slosek, 490 Pine Hill Lane, <br />Pleasanton, California, filed April 20, 1960, for residential use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance No. <br />293, of the City of Pleasanton., and good cause appearing; <br />NOW THEREr'ORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) `That no public hearing is deemed. necessary in the public interest in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 of Ordinance No. <br />293 pertaining to residential uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL 7,ONING PERMIT is hernby granted for a period of six (6) months, <br />effective thin date. <br />i!) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this Resolution to the <br />applicant, city officers and any other intorestcd parties. <br />Nomad Construction then came fo~•crasd with their application for a swimming pool tit 4063 <br />Graham Streec. Commissioner Mitchell made a motion, seconded by Cormnissioner Landon, and <br />approved by all Commissioners present, that RESOLUTION 105 be granted. <br />RESOLUTIONS 105 <br />Granting Conditional Zoning Permit on Application of Nomad Construction Company, 881 Nionroe <br />Street, San Jose, California, filed PGay 5, 1960, for residential use. <br />The above described application, having been duly considered, pursuant to Ordinance No. <br />293 of the City of Pleasanton, and good cause appearing; <br />idOiJ 'i'HL1tEL'Ot<E, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) 'T'hat no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this matter. <br />2) That the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Section 2.21 of Ordinance No. <br />293 pertaining to residential uses have been met. <br />3) That a CONDITIONAL ZONING PERMIT is hereby granted for a period of six (6) months, <br />effective this date, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) The pool be constructed 5' from the property line, and <br />b) The pool be enclosed by a minimum 4' fence. <br />4) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this Resolution to the <br />applicant, city officers and any other interested parties. <br />
