TITEREF'ORE, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1) That no public hearing is deemed necessary in the public interest in this <br />matter. <br />2) 'Phat the Planning Commission finds the conditions of Secion 2..22 of Or- <br />dinance P1o. 293 pertaining to commercial uses have been met. <br />3) 'Phat a COPTDI'1'IOTdAL ZOPIITdG PERTdIT is hereby granted for a period of six <br />(6) months, effective this date. <br />I~) That the Secretary is hereby instructed to forward copies of this RESOLUTIOiJ <br />to the applicant, city officex•s and any other interested parties. <br />The Secretary then read the Referral from the Alameda County Planning Commission for <br />Orin Crowe. Discussion was held. On Motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Iazano, and approved by all Commissioners present, the Planning Commission <br />recommended that the subdivision is too small and would set a bad precedent, but <br />the Commission is in favor of a planned unit development. <br />Dr. 1~. IIaskell then came before the Commission for discussion on the Elementary <br />School Expansion. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, on Motion of Commissioner <br />Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lazano, and approved by all Commissioner present, <br />the meeting was adjourned at 9:30 P.M., to meet again or.
