Public Hearing was then opened on application of Stover & Bullard for a 4' Variance <br />from sideyard requirements. Discussion. Public Hearing closed. On Motion of <br />Commissioner Iandon, seconded by Commissioner Mitchell, and approved by all Commissioners <br />present, RESOLUTION 115 was granted. <br />RESOLUTION 115 <br />Whereas, the application of Stover & Bullard for a 4' Variance to sideyard <br />requirements under Ordinance X309 ('Coning Ordinance) as amended, having come before <br />this Commission August 4, 1960, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance X309 do exist. <br />2. A 4' Variance is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) To be constructed as shown on plot plan. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Application of George Hansen was held over until the next meeting. <br />Mr. Hollis Miller then came before the Planning Commission with his application for a <br />Zoning Permit to conduct an Ambulance Service from his home. On motion of Connnissioner <br />Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, <br />RESOLUTION 116 was granted. <br />RESOLUTION 116 <br />Whereas, the application of Hollis Miller to conduct an Ambulance Service Prom <br />his home under Ordinance #309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, having come before this <br />Commission August 4, 1960, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance #309 do exist. <br />2. A Zoning Permit is hereby granted, subject to the following conditions: <br />a) Subject to review of the Planning Commission after three years. <br />b) Off street parking of Ambulance at all times. <br />c) 45 miles per hour maximum speed limit within City Limits. <br />d) No major repairs of Ambulance on premises. <br />e) Siren be used with discretion in residential areas. <br />f) 2' square sign permissible flat against the house. <br />g) Only one ambulance allowed at a time. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, on Motion of Commissioner <br />Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, the <br />meeting was adjourned at 9:45 P.M. to meet again on August 18, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. at the <br />City Hall. <br />9 <br />Secretary <br />
