2. A 4' Variance is hGieby granted. <br />3. Copies of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Public Hearing was then held on the application of Virgil Scribner for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to operate a Laboratory type Cabinet Shop at 825 <br />Main Street. <br />Discussion was held. Mr. Paul I,oretz stated his views against the Shop. <br />Mr. John Long discussed his views in favor of the Shop. <br />On motion of Commissioner Tendon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and <br />approved by all Commissioners present, Resolution No. L19 was granted. <br />RESOLUTION 119 <br />Whereas, the application of Virgil Scribner fora Conditional Use Permit <br />to operate a Laboratory Type Cabinet Shop at 825 Main Street, under Ordinance #309 <br />(Zoning Ordinance) as amended, having come before this Commission August 18, 1960, <br />the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as Follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance #309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, subject to the following <br />Conditions: <br />a) Purpose of the business be basicly for the production and assembly <br />of instrumental use Por the handling of radio active materials. <br />b) Noise cannot exceed the Noise Level in Section 17.106 of Zoning <br />Ordinance #309. ll11~~hht metal <br />c) Forming of vigltt plastics~and'Wooa is allowed. <br />d) one parking space Por each one and one ha1P employee. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />George Hansen then came before the Planning Commission with his application for an <br />Architectural and s8j,te Plan approval to construct a car port at 430 Main Street. <br />On motion of Commissioner Hanifen, seconded by Commissioner Landon, and approved by <br />all Commissioners present, Resolution No. 120 was granted. <br />RESOLUTION 120 <br />Whereas, the application of George Hansen for an Architectural and Site-Plan <br />approval to construct a car port under Ordinance #309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, <br />having come before this Commission August 18, 1960, the Planning Commissbn does hereby <br />Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circwnstances required by Section 19.1003 of Ordinance #309 do <br />exist. <br />2. Site Plan and Architectural Approval is hereby granted. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parites. <br />
