IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Minutes <br />August 18, 1960 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at <br />the City Ha11 on August 18, 1960 at 8:05 P.M, with Chairman Ralph Mitchell presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Hanifen, Lyndon and Lozano <br />Absent - Commissioner Allison <br />On motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by <br />all Commissioners present the minutes of August 4, 1960 we approved as forwarded. <br />Public Hearing was then held on the application of Edwin Glaser for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to allow enlargement of non conforming use, located at 117 Main Street, <br />Pleasanton California. <br />On motion of Commissioner HatBfen, seconded by Commissioner Landon and approved by <br />all Commissioners present Resolution No. 117 was granted. <br />RESOLUTION 117 <br />Whereas, the application of Edwin Glaser for a Conditional Use Permit to allow <br />enlargement of non conforming use, having come before this Commission August 18, 1960, <br />the Planning Commission dries hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance #309 do <br />exist. <br />2. A conditional Use Permit is hereby granted, sub3ect to the following conditions: <br />a) Remain a one family dwelling. <br />b) 5' Sideyard set back as shown on plans. <br />3. Copies of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Public Hearing was then held on the application of Mervin Murray for a 4' Variance <br />from rear yard requirements of Resolution 106 Granting Zoning Permit for Residence <br />on 70 feet of Lot 3, Block B, Angela Street between 2nd and 3rd Streets. <br />On motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Co~nnissioner Hanifen and approved by <br />all Cmmn3.ssioneas present Resolution No. 118, Amending Resolution No. 106, was granted. <br />RESOLUTION 118 <br />Whereas, the application of Mervin Murray for a 4' Variance to rear yard re- <br />quirements Under Zoning Ordinance X309 as amended, having come before this Commission <br />August 18, 1960, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Coa¢nission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance #309 do <br />exist. <br />-~ <br />
