Discussion was held on Various structures throughout the City that have <br />not yet completed the conditions of their Permits. <br />Discussion was held oa the subdivision Ordinance. City Attorney, William <br />Struthers, stated he would have a draft prepared for the next meeting. <br />Discussion on changing the mailing day of the Planning Commission Agenda <br />xas held. Mr. Fales suggested the Secretary send out the Agendas on Monday <br />predeeding the meeting, rather than the Friday predeeding the meeting, in <br />order to enable more items to be entered oa the Agenda. The Commission gave <br />their approval. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, on motion <br />of Commissioner Tendon, seconded by Commissioner Lozsao, and approved by sll <br />Ca~mmissionera present, the meeting was ad3ouraed at 9:10 P.M. to meet again on <br />December 1, 1960 at 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall. <br /> <br />_ ._ _ <br />
