IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNT? OF ALAMEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Minutes <br />November 17, 1960 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting oY the Planning Commisalon was called to <br />order at the City Hall on November 17, 1960 at 8:05 P.M. with Chairman Ralph <br />Mitchell presiding. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Landon and Lozano <br />Absent - Commissioners A111soa and Hanifen <br />Oa motlon oY Co~issioaer Landon, seconded by Coaimiseioner Inzano, and <br />approved by all Commissioners present the Minutes oY November 3, 196G were <br />approved as forwarded. <br />Public Hearing for Edwin Glaser wsa opened oa hie application for a Conditional <br />Use Permit to add on to a non-conforming structure at 117 Main Street. Mr. Fales <br />outlined Mr. Glaser's actions since obtaining his original permit. On motion of <br />Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners <br />present Resolution 123 was adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 123 <br />Whereas, the application of Edwin Glaser for a Conditional Use Permit, to add <br />on to an existing structure, which is non-conforming, at 117 Main Street, Pleasanton, <br />California, having came before this Commission November 17, 1960, under Ordlnance #309 <br />(Zoning Ordinance) ae amended, the Planning Commission does hereby Resolve ea follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />e) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The circumstances required by section 19.1003 of said Ordinance X309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A Conditional Ual Permit ie hereby granted, subject to the following <br />Condltiona: <br />s) Building be brought up to all the Building Codes that apply. <br />b) Improvements of curbs, gutters and sidewalk be placed at the Building§ <br />frontage. <br />c) Trees be planted between the curb and sidewalk in the front of the <br />building, as directed by the City ~gineer, and according to City <br />standards. <br />d) Mr. Glaser is hereby required to enter into an Agreement with the City <br />of Pleasanton, stating that he will do the above with his own ftwds, and <br />to City Standards, and this be recorded and finished one year from the <br />effective date. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />IYlscuaeion was held on the Oliver de Silva Gravel Pita.
