Commissioner Tendon moved that if Mr. Crowe amended his application to include <br />forty-five acres oP land, or a larger area, instead oP ,7ust ten acres, to be rezoned <br />to one acre lots, and iP the County Planning Commission contact other people in the <br />area who may be interested in doing the same as Mr. Crowe, the Pleasanton Planning <br />Commission would reconsider their previous letter oP denial. Seconded by Commissioner <br />Lozano and approved by all Commissioners present. <br />Mr. Crowe stated it would not be possible to amend his Application. It was the <br />consensus oP opinion oP the Planning Commission that iP Mr. Crowe did not amend h1s <br />application to include the Porty_Pive acres, the Commission wpald stand on their pre- <br />vious recommendation oP denial. <br />Mr. Fales gave a brief report on the Statue of Compliance with Conditional Use <br />Permits issued during the past two years. A letter was read Prom Mr. Neil Moore oP <br />Jackson and Perkins. The matter was deferred to the next agenda. <br />A routine communication from the regional Water Pollution Control Board was <br />summarized by Mr. Falea. <br />With the approval oP the Commissioners, Chairman Mitchell will serve on the Gravel <br />Study Committee consisting of representatives Prom the City of Livermore and the City d <br />Pleasanton. <br />Resolutions redefining the Planning Area and Slopes, and a restudy of the City's <br />General Plan were placed on the December 15, 1960 agenda. <br />There being no further business to came before the Commission, on motion oP Com- <br />missioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Hanifen, and approved by all Coamtissioners <br />present, the meetittg was adjourned at 10:45 to .meet again on December 15, 1960 at 8:00 <br />P.M. at the City Hall. <br />_ _ -_ <br />~--__ <br />
