RESOLUTION N0. 131 <br />Whereas, the Application of Alameda County, for a Variance of 22' to plant <br />a 5' hedge along the Alameda County Fair Grounds fence, between Pleasanton Avenue and <br />Fair Street, having come before this Commission February 2, 1961, under Ordinance <br />Tdo. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve <br />as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law. <br />b) The Circumstances required by section 19.100 of said Ordinance No. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A variance of 2z' is hereby granted, under the following conditions: <br />a) The hedge be 12' from the fence <br />b) The hedge be planted not closer than 20' from the stop sign on Pleasanton <br />Avenue. <br />c) The hedge be trimmed to a maximum of 5' and 3' from the fence <br />3. A copy of this RESOLUTION shall be sent to interested parties. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, on motion of <br />Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Tendon and approved by all Commissioners <br />present, the meeting was adjourned at 10:40 P.M. to meet again on February 16, 1961 <br />at 8:00 P.M. at the City Hall. <br />~~ <br />i ames M. `Fa' es, ~ r ecretary <br />i <br /> <br />
