Public Hearing was then held on Application of Ozwald K. Hoglund, 1+027 <br />Vineyard'Avenue for a Variance of 12' from the required 2~' in height, for a <br />fence within the front yard set back. On motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Allison, and approved by all Commissioners present, RESOLUTION N0. 129 <br />was adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 129 <br />Whereas, the Application of Oswald K. Hoglund, 4027 Vineyard AVenue, Pleasanton <br />California, for a Variance of lz' from the required maximum 2Z' in height for a fence <br />within the front yard set back, having come before this Commission February 2, 1961, <br />under Ordinance No. 309, (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does <br />hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice hss been given as required by law <br />b) The Circumstances required by section 19.100 oP said Ordinance No. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A lz' Variance from the 2L' required height for fences is hereby granted <br />under the following conditions: <br />a) The fence match the existing fence as best possible. <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Public Hearing was then held on application of Richard R. Young for a Conditional <br />Use Permit under Section 16.2-2, Article 16, allowing the enlargement of an existing <br />non-conforming use, such use being a house trailer, located on vacant property to the <br />rear of 420 Main Street. On motion of Commissioner Allison, seconded by Commissioner <br />Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present RESOLUTION N0. 130 was adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 130 <br />Whereas, the Application of Richard R. Young, for a Conditional Use Permit, to <br />park a trailer at the rear of 420 Main Street, under section 16.2-2, Article 16, al- <br />lowing the enlargement of an existing non-conforming use, having come before this <br />Commission February 2, 1961, under Ordinance No. 309, (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, <br />the Planning Commission does hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a) Notice has been given as required by law <br />b) The Circumstances required by section 19.100 of said Ordinance No. 309 <br />do exist. <br />2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted under the following conditions: <br />a) The permit is granted for five years from the date of this meeting <br />b) The trailer be maintained according to City Standards <br />3. A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Public Hearing was then held on Application of the County of Alameda Por a 2z' <br />Variance to plant a 5' hedge along the Alameda County Fair Grounds fence, between <br />Pleasanton Avenue and Fair Street. On motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by <br />Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, RESOLUTION N0. 131 <br />was granted. <br />_. _ r <br />
