<br />8:00 n. m, was set for a Public ifearing on the request of Frank Auf der i"aur
<br />for a Variance of Section 6.5 0£ Ordinance No. 309, on the property located at
<br />4436 fiirador Drive.

<br />approved by all Commissioners present, the date of T~',arch 16, 1961, at
<br />8:00 p. m. was set for a Public Gearing on the request of Nuclear Bn^ineeri_ng
<br />Company for a Conditional Use Permit to allow concrete mixing under~Section
<br />13.30 and of Ordinance No. 309.
<br />On motion of Commissioner Lozano, seconded b;f Commissioner Landon, and
<br />approved by all Commissioners present, the date of March 16, 1961, at
<br />8:00 p.m. was set for a Public Hearing on the request of Stover-Bullard, Inc.
<br />for Variance from. Section 6.5 of Ordinance ^}o. 309 to allow for a front yard
<br />setback of 15 feet on the property designated as Lot 1C, Block 8, Tract 200'].
<br />Secretary gales read a communication from the Coemty Planning, Commission
<br />relative to request £or a change from one non-conforming use to another on the
<br />Beratlis property on Santa Rita. The Commission had no objection. RESOLUTION
<br />N0. 134, recommending to the City Council that a change in the non-conforming
<br />use in the area would be an improvement, and that the City Council recommend
<br />same t~ the Ccunty Planning Commission, eras adopted, on motion of Conuaissioner
<br />Landon, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners
<br />present.
<br />An application for variance from Ordinance No. 309 was received from
<br />G. 3. Jensen Construction Company, pertaining to property located at 383
<br />Division Street. On motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner
<br />Lozano, and approved by all Commissioners present, the date of March 16, 1961,
<br />at $:00 p. m. was set for a Public Hearing.
<br />Secretary gales stated that Mr. Robert PJilliams, of the County Planning
<br />Department was unable to be present to ive his advice in regard to Pleasanton's
<br />Proposed Expanded Master Planning Area. Mr. gales outlined tentative goals
<br />and aims of the proposed expanded Master Plan which should be considered by
<br />the Planning Commission. Commissioners discussed same and, thereupon, adopted
<br />Resolution No. 135, on motion of Commissioner Landon, seconded by Chairman
<br />Mitchell, and approved by all Comunissioners present; as follows: The City of
