IN THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALa.MEDA, STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />Minutes <br />June 28, 1961 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was m11ed <br />to order by the Vice-Chairman Philip Iandon at 8:00 P.M., on the above date. <br />ROLL CALL: Present - Commissioners Antonini, and Rega. <br />Absent -Commissioners Lozano and Mitchell <br />Ex-Officio Commissioners Dana, Hohn, Kamp and King. <br />The Deputy City Clerk swore in the two nex Commissioners Antonini and Rega. <br />On motion oP Commissioner Landon, seconded by Commissioner Rega and approved <br />by all Corr~issioners present, the Minutes of June 1, 1961 were approved as forwarded. <br />Mr. Eugenio Cordillo came before the Commi.asion for a Conditions Uae Permit <br />to add on to a non-conforming structure at 408 Division Street. Discussion was <br />held and -the Staff recommended granting of same. On motion of Commissioner Landon <br />seconded by Con¢aissioner Rega and approved by all Commissioners present RESOLUTION <br />N0. 154 was adopted. <br />RESOLUTION N0. 155 <br />Whereas, the application of Eugenio Cordillo, 408 Division Street, for a <br />Conditional Use Permit to allow an addition to a non-conforming structure at <br />408 Division Street, having come before this Commission Jtrne 28, 1961, under <br />Ordinance No. 309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does <br />hereby resolve as follows: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given ae required by law. <br />b, The circumstances required by Section 19.1003 of said Ordinance <br />No. 309 do exist. <br />2. A Conditional Use Permit is hereby granted. <br />3• A copy of this Resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Re-hearing for Andrew Millot on application for a 4' Variance to construct <br />a garage at 261 Spring Street was then opened. Secretary Fales read the ap- <br />plication and recommended granting of same. On motion oP Commissioner Tendon, seconded <br />by Commissioner Antonini and approved by all Commissioners present RESOLUTION N0. <br />155 was adopted. <br />RESOIZ7TI0N N0. 156 <br />Whereas, the application of Andrew Millot, for a 4' Varinace from side- <br />yard setback requirements, to allow for construction of a gage at 261 Spring <br />Street, having come before this Commisslon June 28, 1961, under Ordinance No. <br />309 (Zoning Ordinance) as amended, the Planning Commission does hereby resolve <br />as follows: <br />
