4. Lot frontage shall be not less than 55.63 feat, <br />5. Sids yards may be reduced to a total of 10 feet. <br />6. Provisions of the building codes of the City of Pleasanton shall be <br />complied with. <br />7. A copy of this resolution shall be sent to interested parties. <br />Secretary Fales read a communication from Richard J. Shepherd, Secretary, San <br />Francisco Bay Area Rapid Transit Diaerict, stating their Resolution No. 219 aad <br />enclosing a copy of their revised report for each Commissioner. <br />Under Matters fox the information of the Commission, Secretary Falea presented a <br />request by Mre. Idel Wilcox, 455 Bernal Avenue, for a zoning ~aRzmi18 which~COea~~s <br />necessarily require public hearlag. Mra. Wilcox wishes to pa <br />to hsr yard during the Alameda County Fa1r. After discussion, the Zoning Permit was <br />granted by administrative action. <br />Secretary Fales also stated ha had been asked by Robert Wing to solicit iafoxmal <br />consideration of the Commission regarding the location of a trailer court on Mr. <br />Wings property on the cornez of State Highway 21 and Highway 50. Mr. Wing intends <br />to apply for annexation of this 30-acre piece of property. V1ca-Chairman Landon asked Secretary Fales to inform Mr. Wing <br />informally that the Commission is extremely concerned about the aesthetic quality <br />of Chia venture, and feels there is need for a good quality trailer court in the <br />Valley. <br />There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:00 P,M, to a study <br />session, upon motion of Vice-Chairmen Landon, s~onded by Commissioner Lozano, to <br />meet again at 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, June 21, 1962. <br />
