Dan Cannistraci, 2;553 Calaroga Avenue, <br />Hayward, for a Variance of four feet to reduce the driveway width to <br />s!xteea ft. for the construction of multiple dwelling unite on Roae Avenue, <br />between Pleasanton Avenue and Fair Street, in an RG••15 (Residential Garden <br />Apartment - 1500 square foot minimural Dietsint, haling come before this Com- <br />mission August 16, 1962, under Section 17.303, Ord.J.r.:nce No. 309, the Planning <br />Commission does hereby reaclve as follotas: <br />1. The Planning Commission does find as follows: <br />a. Notice has been given Fs required by law. <br />b. The Variance will not adversely affect the nature of the <br />neighborhood. <br />c.
