Chairman Landon suggested that a pre-planning session be held, Mr. <br />Fairfield said he would be prepared to present a preliminarq map next sad eubaequent <br />ly a Centative map, Mr. Fales stated that an elementary school meat be provided <br />for in the event Plana fos a parochial school should not aoaterialize. Chairmen <br />Landon queried the Commieaionera as to their thoughts on Cha proposed designations, <br />and all agreed they looked favorable. It was moved by Commissioner Rega, seconded <br />by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, that the designation "Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment" for the area of Annexation No, 22, Pleasanton-Sunol Annex "B", be recom- <br />mended to the City Council for their considesatioa, and that the Planning Commis- <br />sion has approved the requested zoning allocations in order that they may be in- <br />cluded in an annexation agreement. <br />Secretary Fales read a telephone co~unicatioa informing the Commission of a Chabot <br />Junior College meeting on February 19, at 7:30 P.M„ 1a the Amador Nigh School <br />Library. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of Com- <br />missioner Wipfli, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the meeting was adjourned at <br />9:15 P.M., to meet again on Thursday, February 21, 1963, at 8:00 P.M. <br />
