MINUTE S <br />of <br />THE MEETING <br />of <br />THE PLANNING COMIffSSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />March 21, 1963 <br />Tha regularly scheduled meeting of the Planning Commission was called to order at <br />8:00 P.M. oa Thursday, March 21, 1963, by Chairman Philip Landon. <br />ROLL CALL showed the following: <br />Present: Chairman Landon <br />Commissioners Antonini <br />Lozano <br />Rega <br />Wipfli <br />Secretary Falea <br />Absent: Ex-Officio Hahn <br />Kamp <br />On motion of Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Cosm3ssioner Antonini, the minutes <br />of the meeting of March 7 were unanimously approved as presented. <br />Chairman Landon then proceeded to open the public hearing on the application of <br />the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Section 22.101, Ord. No. 309, to amend <br />Ord. No. 309 in order to provide zoning districts for the area of Annexation No. <br />17, Stanley Boulevard Annex A. Mr. Falea explained the boundaries and recommended <br />the area south of Stanley Boulevard be zoned C-T, and north of Stanley Boulevard <br />be coned RG-15. Thera were no comments from the audience, and Chairman Landon <br />declared the public hearing closed. Upon emotion of Cammiseioner Antonini, seconded <br />by Commissioner Wipfli, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: <br />RESOLUTION N0. 205 <br />WHEREAS, Annexation No. 17, Stanley Boulevard Annex "A", has been completed <br />and thin area ie now within the jurisdiction of the City; and <br />WHEREAS, the provisions of Ordinance No. 309 regarding the assignment of <br />zoning designations to newly annexed areas have been complied with <br />by application of the City Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the General Plan recommends that the area involved located north <br />of Stanley Boulevard be designated as multiple residential, and <br />the area involved south of Stanley Boulevard be designated commercial; <br />NOW, THERBFORS, BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the City Planning Commission hereby recommends to the City <br />Council that Ord. No. 309 be amended to provide for RG-15 zoning <br />on Che north aide of Stanley Boulevard, and C-T zoning on the south aide of <br />Stanley Boulevard. <br />Chairman Landon then opened the public hearing on Che application of the City Plan- <br />ning Commission pursuant to Section 22.101, Ord. No. 309, to amend Ordinance No. <br />309 in order to provide zoning districts for the area of Annexation No. 21, Foothill <br />Annex "B". There were no comments from the audience, whereupon Chairman Landon <br />declared the public hearing closed. Mr. Fales stated the staff recomzaende the fol- <br />lowing designations: Western Pacific area (I-P); San Francisco area (I-P); Castle- <br />wood Enterprises (Planned Unit Development--C-C, 4.3 acres; C-N, 9.5 scree; C-0, <br />4.2 scree; RG-25, 17 acres); Carter property (RE-1). Upon motion of Commissioner <br />Rega, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution moss unanimously <br />adopted: <br />
