Mx. Falea said he would like to begin at the staff level and bring iC to the Com- <br />mission. It was moved by Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Rega, and <br />carried, that the staff be instructed to cooperate with the subdivider and the <br />Superintendent of Schools in a study session concerning the exact location of a <br />school site required by the School District in the vicinity of Tract 2473 as soon <br />as possible, and that the staff report on progress at the next meeting. Mr, Falea <br />said that from the City's point of view the final decision lies with the Planning <br />Commission. <br />Mr, Falea read a communication from Zoning Administrator Alan F, Grant of the <br />Alameda County Planning Department, regarding the application of Roy Price, 3862 <br />Santa Rita Road, to convert the property to a pipe storage yard, Mr, False said <br />there is a possibility that Santa Rita Road and Tassajara Road will, at some <br />future time, be connected, and this may cut through the subject property. The <br />owners of the Roae Ranch have also considered developing their property, There <br />is a conglomeration of land urea in the area at the present time, It was moved by <br />Chairman Landon, seconded by Commissioner Rega, and carried, that the staff be <br />instructed to call the attention of the County Planning Department to some of the <br />problems discussed by the Commission, <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 9:26 P.M„ to meet again on Wednesday, June 12, 1963, at 8:00 P,M. <br />
