Reference shall be made to the 1960 Standard Specifications of the State Division of Highways, rather than the 1954 edition, particular- ly with reference to roadway materials. 5. Storm Drainase System - The culverts under the Mirador Drive extension and the Hillvie~•r Ave.-Kottinger Ave. intersection shall be increased to 72" and 66" respectively. The street cross section for hillside streets shall be changed to require a roadside drainage ditch on the uphill aide and all paved gutters shall be connected to pipe outside of the street right-of-way. 6. Water Supvly and Distribution S3;etem Minor changes in pipe rises shall be mode as shown on the approved Tentative Map. The 6ystem ae ahoau (modified) is approved for serving the development. If subsequent master planning indicates the desirabil- ity of relocating or overacting the storage tank or any distribution mains in order to serve other areas and effectuate a Master Water Plan, the developer shall cooperate with the City in providing such changes after negotiating with the City any coat differential. 7. Sewapip Collection ~atem - All curved sewer lines shall have a minimum radius of 200 feet. 8. Fire Hvdranta - Fire hydrants shall be located ae shown on the approved Tentative Map. 9. Electric Power Distribution nd Street Li htin S stems - A "modified" undergroun system (P.G. & E. 'Streamlined Distribution" system) shall be used on the first unit of development proposed, approximately 40 acres along Kottinger Ave. with the easterly limit being Hillview Ave. Based on information developed from this first installation a re-evaluation vri11 be made, and the City will determine the method of installation to be used for the remaining portion of this tentative map. 2.
