<br />WHEREAS, the application of Mr. R.B. Pahlmeyer, 1215 Pinancial Center

<br />to Ordinance No. 309 rezoning the property fronting on the east aide of
<br />First Street from Abbie Street to Vineyard Avenue from R-2 (One and Two
<br />Family Residential) to C-T (Commercial Thoroughfare) has come before Chia
<br />Commie aion;

<br />RESOLVED, that the above-named application for rezoning is denied pending
<br />completion of the General Plan, Central Business District and

<br />The next item on the agenda was the application of Luiae Glaser for a Zoning Per-
<br />ffit with Site Plan and Architectural Approval in order to operate a beauty shop
<br />in as existing building, with no change in the total number of square feet of floor
<br />apace, at 537 Main Street in a C-C District. The staff report recommended approval
<br />of the application with the condition that the shop be made to conform to the cur-
<br />rent building, electrical, plumbing and other applicable City codes. After die-
<br />cusaion by the Commission, upon motion of Comouiesioaer Antonini, seconded by Coax

<br />hie report dated June 10, 1963, on the Tentative Map for Tract 2481 (Vintage Hills;,
<br />ae required by Section 2.03, Ordinance No. 358. Mr. Ted Fairfield, of MacKay &
<br />Sompa, and Mr. Stone, representing the developer of the subject property, were
<br />present in the audience and joined in the discussion of City Engineer Campbell's
<br />recommendations, Messrs. Cecil Beebe and Mel Gillette, of P.G. E., were also
<br />present in the audience and were consulted regarding the possible installation of
<br />underground or modified underground utilities. A copy of the subject report to
<br />the Planning Co~nisaion ie attached and made a part of these minutes, ae is a copy
<br />of the report from the Planning Commission to the City Council dated June 14, 1963
<br />which incorporates the changes agreed upon by the Planning Commission, City Engin-

<br />Modified Section 7.04 in order to allow the property line diameter on cul-
<br />de-sacs to be 90 feet rather than 100 feet on Type "B" streets for Tract
