a. The ow[ter shall be required to tie into the newer line in
<br />Stanley Boulevard when it ie constructed under mutual benefit
<br />district agreement.
<br />b, A three-year time limit shall be established for installation
<br />of sidewalks, curb and gutters; or immediately upon change of
<br />land use,
<br />c, The addition shall comply with all applicable codes and
<br />ordinances of the City of Pleasanton to the satisfaction of
<br />the City Engineer.
<br />Chaixman Landon then opened the public hearing on the application of the Planning
<br />Commission Eor an amendment to Ord. No. 309 assigning zoning districts to the area
<br />of Annexation Ido. 27, Valley View Annex "B", There being no comments from the
<br />audience, Chairman Landon declared the public hearing closed, Mr. Falea explained
<br />the additions to the zoning as it appears on the drawing are recommended to the
<br />Commission--adjacent to Valley View School: RG-25. Commissioner Rega said the access
<br />to the school might prove to be an annoyance to Adams Court residents due to large
<br />numbers of school children passing on that street, Mr. False pointed out that at
<br />this time the Commission ie merely allocating zoning, The area in question is ap-
<br />proximately 3 acres, All park areas are changed to agricultural. Upon motion of
<br />Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the following resolution was
<br />unanimously adopted:

<br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission on its own motion has considered the
<br />zoning of Annex No. 27, Valley View Annex "B", proposing an
<br />amendment to Ordinance No, 309, providing precise zoning districts for
<br />said annexation; and
<br />WHEREAS, the P18nning Commission has considered annexation as a Planned
<br />Unit Development pursuant to Section 19.806 of said Ordinance
<br />No, 309;
<br />NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
<br />1, The Planning Commission does hereby recommend to the City
<br />Council amendment to Ordinance No, 309, assigning precise
<br />zoning districts to said Annexation No. 27 under the planned
<br />unit development provisions of said Ordinance,
<br />2, Said districts shall be those set forth in Department of
<br />Public Works map entitled Zoning Unit Number 17, dated
<br />July 16, 1963, a copy of which is attached hereto,
<br />The next item on the agenda was the report of Subdivision Committee re: request of
<br />Mrs. Caroline Henningaen, 1056 Division StreeC, for approval of a minor subdivision,
<br />Chairman Landon reported that when Fair Street was constructed a strip of land which
<br />could not be used was deeded to Mra. Henningaen, who did not have the strip recorded
<br />but now is in the process of having it recorded, It was the recommendation of the
<br />Subdivision Committee that the minor subdivision be approved with conditions, Upon
<br />motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Lozano, the following
<br />resolution was unanimously adopted;

<br />application for Minor Subdivision No. 63-1, and said application
<br />having been duly considered by the Subdivision Committee and the Planning

<br />dated May 24, 1963, and the recommendation of Subdivision
