Mx. Falea presented an applicati:an for a Zoning Permit from W,H, Trublood, 588 <br />St. John St., to add a patio and storage room at his rest home at the above <br />address, The subject rest home is operating under a Conditional Use Fermit with <br />the stipulation that if the use of said property is expanded or changed, off- <br />etxeet parking requirements and all other requirements of an RG-15 District must <br />be met. However, Mr. Falea said the staff feels this is a small change and not <br />an enlargement, and recommends the Zoning Permit be granted. Upon motion of <br />Commissioner Wipfli, seconded by Commissioner Rega, the following resolution was <br />unanimously adopted by those Commissioners present: <br />RESOLUTION NO. 245 <br />WHEREAS, the application of W,H, Trublood, 588 St. John St., for a <br />Zoning Permit in order to add a patio and storage room aC <br />the above address has come before this Commission; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT <br />RESOLVED, that the Zoning Permit is hereby granted subject to the <br />following condition: <br />1. That the subject construction does not involve an <br />enlargement of the existing building as specified <br />under the Conditional Use Permit granted by Planning <br />Commission Resolution No, 21i, dated April 18, 1963. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Wipfli, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 8:15 P,M., to meet again on Wednesday, October 9, 1963, at 8:00 P,M, <br />
