a. Specifications for street name signs shall be <br />modified to require white reflectorized Letters <br />and block numbers on green coated aluminum sheeting. <br />b. Specifications for sewer and water pipe shall be <br />modified to allow newer type joints. <br />c, Reference shall be made to the 1960 Standard <br />Specifications of the State Division of Highways, <br />rather than the 1954 edition, particularly with <br />reference to roadway materials. <br />4. A grading plan shall be submitted for approval on each <br />final map. <br />5. Curved sewer lines shall have a minimum radius of 200 <br />feet. <br />6. Electric power distribution and street lighting systems <br />shall be "modified" or "streamlined" as designated by <br />P.G. & E, Street lighting shall meet the Illuminating <br />Engineer's Society Specifications. <br />7. Unless specifically modified at the time of approval <br />of the Tentative Map, the development shall conform <br />to all applicable ordinances and regulations of the <br />City of Pleasanton and all other agencies having juris- <br />diction. <br />8. Approval by the City Council of the requested zoning of <br />Lot No. 42 from R-1 to RG-25. <br />Under Matters for the Information of the Commission, Mr. Campbell announced that <br />a joint study session is being planned on the proposed development of the Orloff <br />property with the City Council, Planning Commission, the developer, School District <br />repreaentativee, Livingston & Blayney (the City's Planning Consultant), Farnum <br />Rerr (the developer's Planning Consultant) and the City staff, on Wednesday, <br />October 30, 1963, at 8:00 P.M. <br />There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of <br />Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, the meeting was adjourned <br />at 9:32 P.M., to meet again on Wednesday, November 13, 1963, at 8:00 P.M. <br />
