<br />M I N U T E S <br />of <br />TAE MEETING <br />of <br />THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />Pleasanton, California <br />April 22, 1964 <br />The regularly scheduled meeting of 1964 PbanChairmanmmiPhilip Landonlled to order at <br />8:00 P.M. on Wednesday, April 22, , Y <br />ROLL CALL showed the following: <br />Present: Commissioners Antonini <br />Lozano <br />Chairman Landon <br />Absent: Commissioner Rega <br />Secretary Fales <br />City Engineer Alan Campbell acted as Secretary Pro Tempore for this <br />meeting. <br />On motion of Commissioner Antonini, seconded by Commissioner Lounanisaus votetof <br />of the meeting of April 8, 1964, were approved as presented by <br />those Commissioners present. <br />Chairman Landon opened the public hearing on the application of Frank Auf der Maur <br />and Conrad Rickenbach, P.O. BoX 558, Pleasanton, for an amendment Eo Ord. No. 309, <br />rezoning approximately one acre of land located on the northeast corner of Nevis <br />Street and Santa Rita Road from theJuhl were presentiinrthe.audienc+~dAndiapoke in <br />of MacKay and Sompe, and Dr. Rapp <br />favor of the proposal.
