He presented a map showing the location in
which the swim club and pool were to have been built, but due to an engineering
error, have now been built 15 feet away from the design originally submitted.
The swim club building will be torn down immediately sad rebuilt but Mr. Front
feels it is not necessary to move the pool. Mr. Frost then submitted a map
showing the new location and asked the Commission to accept the revised exhibit.
The Planning Commission advised Mr. Frost that it would be necessary to obtain a
Variance and an Amendment to Zoning Permit. The Amendment to Zoning Permit could
be considered at the Special Meeting of July 15, 1964, but due to the mead for
public hearing, the Variance could probably not be considered until a Special
Meeting called for July 29, 1964.
There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of
Commissioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Antonini, and carried, the meeting
was ad~ourhed at 10:00 P,M., to meet again on Wednesday, July 15, 1964, at 8:00
P,M,
