The City of Pleasanton Planning Commission does hereby reco~nd to the City Council amendment of Ordinance No. 309 in order to provide zoning districts to the area included in Annexation No. 32, Roee Annex, ae follows: 1. For the Brea of Tract No. 2639: From the A (Agriculture) District to the R-1, RG-15, P.G-25, C-C, C-T and C-N Districts as a Planned Unit Development. Specifically added to the C-T zone is 2± scree located within the southeast quadrant of the Santa Rita-Taeeajara Road interchange, as shown on the re- vised Preliminary Subdivision Map for Tract No. 2639. Mr. False read a letter from D & V Builders, Inc., dated October 27, 1964, requeet- ing amendment of their Tentative Map for Tract No. 2680. They wish to eliminate the area designated ae a potential swim club site, and instead this area would be part of the area to be purchased by the Pleasanton Elementary School District. Mr. Falea said that the staff, after preliminary review, has no basic objections. This matter will be put on the agenda for the meeting of November 12, 1964. There being no further business to come before the Commission, upon motion of Com- missioner Lozano, seconded by Commissioner Rega, and carrf.ed, the meeting was adjourned at 9:55 P.M., to meet again on Thursday, November 12, 1964, at 8 P.M.
